The length is neither long enough nor short enough to work. If it were as short as the picture it would have been fine but it was a bit longer and just looked like high-waters. The material was heavenly though. Very soft although not very thick so if you''re looking for a pretty warm pant I would look elsewhere. This material would be perfect for spring or fall running.
