Support is ok. Material is very thin, so usually wear two layers so you can''t see everything. Also the straps and the sides under the arms are harsh on my skin. I bought it to run in so chafing will probably become a big issue in those areas the further I run.
I am quite top heavy and have been searching for a good sports bra for years. Most are either so constricting that I cannot breathe or do not provide enough support and it cause for some uncomfortable bouncing around while exercising. This is perfect though! I love the cross back straps and that they are adjustable. It is so comfortable and practical. I only wish it came in more colors so I could buy more without getting them mixed up in the laundry :)
