CrossFit Resistance Bands | Basic Set 2 | 41'' Loop Bands | 1/4'', 1/2'' & 3/4'' Bands | 5 to 50 Pounds of Resistancethese are good to help with your pullups, but i found the bands width to be too thin... i would prefer a little wider band to wrap on your foot... Its also hard to use these for stretches... I''ve used the standard body bands before when doing p90x and those were great... these are definitely a "miss" and would suggest trying something different...

will never buy this product again... so not durable, pure waste of money... disappointed... not a good explanation on the website about the product ;-(

They do the job now my girlfriend can do pull ups. Very durable along with a great price to go with it.
