It fits under my helmet, the sweat band keeps the sweat out of my eyes, the visor keeps the sun out of my eyes, and it fits in my back pocket when I take it off. If only the line the elastic band leaves across my forehead went away quicker so I don''t walk around looking like a brain transplant patient after every ride!

This is way too tight to be "one size fits all". I have a large head though, always buy the largest helmets, but I have their regular skullcaps and they''re much larger. I can''t wear this one, it makes my head hurt, literally.

This hat is good at keeping my hair out of my face, being an extra cushion between my helmet and my head, and offering a small reflector for night runs/rides. This hat, however, is not built very well because the bill comes down very low. I am new to the cycling/running world this year and this is my first hat purchase, so maybe that''s the way they are supposed to be, but I cannot see anything aside from the ground in front of me when the bill is in the normal position (I have to flip it up to wear it).

I am very happy with the Headsweats Spincycle cap. I already have several of Headsweats bands and "skullcaps" (which I think are the best of the sweat bands). The cap is just as good as the others, but allows some sun protection in either front or rear. It also covers my "bikers head" if we stop in a cafe without making me look like a pirate, as with the skullcaps. The bill is designed to wash and wear. Great product.

My helmet doesn''t have a visor and this hat is exactly what I needed. It conforms tightly to my head so it fits easily underneath my helmet and it wicks away the sweat. The small visor provides a nice amount of shade for my eyes. On days that it''s not sunny I wear the Headsweats classic hat instead. For me both these pieces of headgear are essential equipment.
