Everlast Train Advanced MMA 4-Ounce Competition Style Grappling Gloves

Everlast Train Advanced MMA 4-Ounce Competition Style Grappling GlovesThe gloves themselves seem to be made fairly well, with additional padding for the back of the hand to avoid broken bones while blocking high kicks. However, I have bought other Everlast gloves (i.e boxing and bag gloves), and I tylically wear a large or XL. These were huge. I have a friend who is a 6''5", 265 pound hammer thrower and they were too big for him as well. I had no choice but to return them. My suggestion is that you try these on elsewhere to make sure of the size before buying.

They look great, feel great and are extreemly light with a lot of protection. Only thing is for the sizing it is larger than normal. I usually wear Large/X Large and usually it fits great. These still fit good, but in some places are a little big. But overall these gloves are still very wearable and great looking. I love it! Thanks

I guess I bought the wrong item when I purchased thse. I assumed they would work well for light bag work...not really the case. Additionally, THEY ARE WAY TOOO BIG. I have since purchased a pair of Everlast gel wraps and Everlast training gloves ( which are both great products thus far ). I still use these from time to time if I just need some light padding and I''m concentrating on kicks...but...eh...not what I expected ...

I am glad i got the smaller size because the gloves run big. overall, though I am quite satisfied with the quality.

I followed the advice from several reviewers and bought the small/medium size. My hands aren''t huge but I normally would go with the larger glove size and I should have with these gloves. Without hand-wraps the small/medium size fits great. But I like to wear hand-wraps and I can''t even get these on if I put wraps on first. So if you wrap your hands go with the large size. If you don''t wrap your hands the small/medium is plenty big unless you have enormously thick hands. Other than that these are well made, very comfortable, and affordable. Good product.
