I love that the workout part is only about 30 minutesso it packs a lot of punch & is easy to fit into your dayand that you get to finish with a relaxing cool down with a foam rollerreally good stretches. I''d recommend being familiar with the Pilates Mat exercises before doing this video as it moves pretty quicklythere are other DVD''s by Pilates Core Integration and Moving Breath Pilates that are paced more for beginners at . But if you want something that''s going to really kick your abs & whole bodyI''d highly recommend this DVD.

Name pretty much says it, it kicks your abs through pilates. Not for beginners though. Exercises are pretty advanced and pace is high. Actually it doesn''t only kick your abs even though that is the focus but arms and legs get their workout too. Like it a lot!
