The bands arrived on time in a priority mail envelope with no instructions, or manual. The listing states that an excercise manual is included. I contacted the seller about 6 weeks ago, they replied that they don''t actually have a manual. Then suggested they could email me some instructions. These were never recieved. These bands all appear to be the same resistance level and there is nothing included to indicate which ones should be more difficult. I went to Sports Authority and bought a nice new set there that works really well. This seller is advertising something that isnt'' included and fails to correct the problem, plus the product is poor quality.

This kit came with everything I needed. Unfortunately, after less than a week of use, the ends snapped off two of the bands. I am by no means a big guy and was using them as shown in P90x. Up until this point they were working fine, but I am definitely disappointed that they broke so soon. I suggest getting higher quality bands if you are working out intensely.

I am a beginner in the whole exsersise thing and have been looking into weights to add to my aerobics but i came acrossed these and i love them!!!! I am able to have a very nice workout with less presure on my knee thati have had several surgerys on. There are so any differant exsersies you can to from standing to walking. These bands give you a feeling of weights but not the presure. I love this set since here are 5 differant bands each with a stronger resistance. I started out with some stretching with my legs while i had my coffee and 40 miutes later and many differant ways to use them. Due to servere arthritis exsersising has been very painful, walkingbis hard on my joints and and usually i am very sore the next day, however even using the lightest resistance band, i was able to get a good workout from just a few of the moves and my muscles felt so much better. I am really excited to learn all of the differant moves and exsersies. I felt good after just the few stretches i did. I will be useing them before and maybe during my aerobics. Anyone that is looking for just a little more for their routine or just starting out. These are perfect. Easy to use, even if you can only sit these are perfect. You can change up the resistance as you go since each cored has a simple snap to hook to handle or ankle step. And my set came with the door anker for even more exsersises. With the set you can figure out easyly which resistance is best or you. If you want to just stretch out your muscles or serious hard core, the ords are so easy to use you can incorporate them into any routine to atep it up. 1st day i got them a friend and i spent a hour just testing them out and trying differant moves, after we were done we could really feel it in our arm, no matter what exsersise you do with them your arm will get a workout. After waking up stiff and in pain every morning and waiting for the medication to work, i used the bands and it loosened up my muscles so much i was ready for my mile walk or exsersises hours before i normally could.

Helps to strethgen,tone,balace and so much more. The resistance bands outweight and weights out there.

Good value but bands were made from thinner tubing than other Prosource bands I had also purchased and also slightly shorter.
