Springboard DVD

Springboard DVD[Please note that this is the same DVD as "Ellie Herman''s Pilates Springboard" DVD. The cover on this DVD differs from the cover on the other DVD.]

Ellie Herman works through the whole body with this Springboard workout DVD. I found the abdominal section (which is in the beginning) much harder than I thought it was going to be, while the other sections were doable. Ms. Herman moves at a fast pace so prepare your springs ahead of time and have a clear and open space.

The first time I did this, it was a little difficult to watch and follow her on a few exercises, but that is normal because sometimes I had my back to the TV. Easier and advanced versions are shown. This is the first time I did a Springboard workout and I enjoyed going through the paces.

There is a little chatter (or noise) going on occasionally in the background, but it''s minor, and I just focused on doing the workout.
