I was very unsure what to buy. After some research both on types of rebounders and price this one appeared to have it all. It took some strength to get it set up especially to unfold it as the mechanism is very heavy duty. I find it sturdy, steady and just what I wanted. I would recommend this product, especially to first time non-professional users.

I just purchased this rebounder and am very happy with it. It''s easy to assemble and not noisy when using it. The only thing it did not have was the folding, not screwed in, legs as advertised. I called the customer service number and explained that is was not what was advertised with the folding legs. They explained that their product was advertised wrong and it should say "screwed in" legs. Because of this error on their part and the fact that I bought the product because I thought it had folding legs, they gave me a full refund including the shipping charges. I am keeping the rebounder with their compliments! Now, that''s customer service.

I bought this for myself, its very sturdy, you can do mutiple exercises on it, i have a health problem therefore cannot use it, so i am going to sell mine, i paid over 100 dollars for mine off tv, but this is a very good product for kids or adults, but not older adults. olene

Trampoliine arrived with a spring loose and we could not get it back on. Almost impossible! So, we do plan to call the company and ask them how to go about putting it back on, but have not done so yet. I purchased this for my 5-year old, but also wanted one that would hold adult sizes, so this is why I chose this one. It states that it is good for up to 300 lbs. So far, so good. We are enjoying it, even with a spring missing.

I bought this for my 8 y/o. After 2 months one of the legs came off. I contacted Amazon and they told me to get in touch with the manufacturer. There is NO contact info for the manufacturer on the box or the instructions. Called Amazon back and they told me THEY couldn''t find contact info either. They told me to buy a new one, which I did, and send back the broken trampoline. They gave me partial credit because I had it for more than 30 days and then THE SAME LEG BROKE OFF THE SECOND TRAMPOLINE! Waste of money and Amazon should stand behind the products they sell. Very disappointing!
