Let me start off by saying that everyone is different and what works for some may not work for others. I find this pill to be totally ineffective. I am about to finish up my first bottle and I haven''t noticed anything special about these pills. I purchased them directly from the beach body website, so unfortunately, I paid full price. My body has tightened and toned up, and I am fitting into my goal jeans, but I attribute 100% of my success to being religiously dedicated to the Insanity workout and over all healthy eating habits. Personally I feel that if you are active and you watch what you eat, these pills are totally unnecessary. However, I have no idea how they would affect an inactive person who does not watch what they eat. Perhaps they would be more effective other situations, but they just don''t do anything for me. I find this product does assist in my weight loss program, which consists of 25-30 minutes a day of some form of physical activity/exercise and just eating smaller portions but also not denying myself what I enjoy. This product is inexpensive but I would say, "you get what you pay for."Their isn''t anything amazing about this slimming formula. I workout 5-6 times a week and eat correctly yet the results are nothing extrodinary. Just average.
You might want to look for other products that offer the same ingredients.

works pretty good over time but is not an over night thing.I have been taking it for over a year now and have noticed a difference but you still gotta work out.
