I have used this product the past year, stretching and angled pull ups from the floor. My bodyweight is 190-200 pounds. I especially liked the rotating handles as it enabled the shoulders to be stretched from all angles. Eventually the grey colored parts of the handles broke in two places, plastic being so much inferior to what should have been and disguised to look like metal but cheap to make, probably 75% profit and of course helping make FEDEX and UPS prosperous. If the handles were easy and inexpensive to replace, I would not complain.

The Perfect Pullup is a must have for anyone interested in working your arms and abs. The product is very well designed and seems that it will outlive my door frame. Easy installation. My son really likes doing pull ups now....and I do to! Like doing reps of pull ups and challenging myself to do more that the last time.
