Cap Barbell Multi-Exercise Bar

One of my favorite items to use on my lat machine! I shot some WD40 where it swivels you could use grease if you have a gun handy. Would definitely buy again if I needed to.

I know, it''s a bar, how is it impressive? Well, it''s a lot heavier and sturdier than I was expecting. Just like most bars at the gym, the bars I have aren''t overly impressive; they''re just there. This one feels much more solid, and the chrome seems to be of a good quality.

Beyond that, it does what it is supposed to do. I''ve worked biceps, triceps, and done seated rows with it. The rubber grips are comfortable, although they do smell like new rubber. I''m sure the smell will fade with time.
