i wouldn''t exactly call this heavy resistance but its definitely more that "medium" . long enough to double up for additional resistance.

I read the reviews in these bands and thought I would still try them even though there were some who weren''t happy. I couldnt find the bands I had bought before. The first time I used the green and blue bands, they broke. I would not recommend these at all.
