I really like Brook Benton''s workout DVDs. She is very encouraging, and her instructions are very clear. During the whole workout in this DVD, you will do tons of squats, swings, and lunges (with a kettle bell), along with many other movements combining squat, swing, snatch, and more. I think the best thing about her workout style is that it combines cardio and weight training in a single workout routine (unlike some workout DVDs that separate cardio from muscle strength.) Another thing I like about this DVD is that it runs longer! (Most workout DVDs provide an at most 30 minutes workout, plus warm-up and cool-down). But this one gives you an approximately 1-hour workout! If you play the whole DVD, it provides a 45-minutes whole body workout (including warm-up and cool down), plus an 8-minute abs workout. If you are in a rush (or if you are new to kettle bell workouts) and don''t have the time to follow the whole thing, you can simply try the "express" workout first (around 16 minutes.) The express workout (not including warm-up and cool down) is a shortened version of the 45 minutes workout. You can choose which to follow according to your need and time. I followed the 16 minutes workout after I did my yoga, or I played the whole DVD when I wanted to do an intense cardio and strength workout.Read Best Reviews of GoFit Brook Benton Butts & Guts Kettlebell Workout 65 Minutes Dvd Here

Really disappointed in this CD.Her form is horrible and could really injure people! That is not how you do a kettlebell swing she recommends people squat and practically drag in on the floor. That is NOT kettlebell swing and could result in people new to KB getting a back injury or hamstring injury. This video is meant to be "aerobics meets KBs" so I am sure folks are using a light weight.
But KB is meant to be done in a specific way with specific form..you can''t just create a cardio routine and throw a KB in there to make it more difficult/trendy.
Too bad as I liked her personality and the idea of KB routine that was more than just reps. I am returning.
