Arrived in an 80 lb box.
Pretty easy to Assemble.
Very Sturdy, w/out anchor weights. (80lb bag on it)
Overall, great buy and really glad to have my bag back as we just moved and it was on a beam in the basement of the old house and no room here for that.
Cheers.
Buy TITLE Heavy Bag & Speed Bag Stand Now
Best deal I have found online for a Heavy Punching/Kicking bag stand! Sturdy well made materials and easy to follow assembly instructions! For many years I have wanted to have bag to workout with! First bought a bag on sale, but needed a quality stand to hang it from. Title was the perfect choice for me, it was a bit of a workout with the assembly, but worth the workout! To me Title is not a well known company to me, but I can say that they make quality exercise equipment!

I odered this from Amazon after reading all of the reviews. It arrived quickly, but as noted by others, it looked like it was dropped from an airplane rather than left from a truck. The box was torn, shredded and crushed. But everything was intact and undamaged. The only thing I could find wrong was both of the "Title Boxing" labels are torn. It went together reasonably easily, although you really should have two 17 mm boxwrenches or sockets to make this work. Forget using adjustable pliers. You''ll need a second person too, for the last step (braces), because you''ll need to flex the entire upright to get the last three bolts in. Entire assembly took less than an hour. To install the speed bag, you''ll need to remove a funny little snap-clip. Just Google "Title Speed Bag Swivel" for directions on-line. Tomorrow, I''ll get some used weights at the local Play It Again store and hang my 100 pound bag. I''ll post an edit if there are any issues, but so far, it looks great. BTW, I don''t think 35 or 45 pound weights will work too large diameter and will get in the way of hitting the bagsand will probably have to stack double 25''s or something smaller in size like that on each of the four posts. I''m probably going to throw a couple of sandbags on top of the speed bag table too, because it looks like it might vibrate some and eventually loosen without them. So, sand from Home Depot for about $5 and some used vinyl bags with velcro closures from Play It Again. If you order this same exact model directly from Title, not only is the price higher but the shipping is nearly twice as much. So, Amazon is the way to go.I recently took up boxing and love the heavy bag stand. My husband has a heavy bag and since our basement isn''t the biggest, this is an ideal setup for us to do our boxing. It''s durable, doesn''t move around a lot and it holds the bag well.
