I agree with the previous review. It is hard to find a pair of shorts that are 5" at the seam. They cover mid-thigh. This is the perfect length. I feel very confident in these shorts because they are covering up "enough" but they are not too baggy to swim in. I feel that a lot of shorts are too long or too short. These are just right (just like goldilocks).

These shorts were very nice quality, the correct color and size. The fit was a little tight in the tush for me, but that is my problem area. If you are a bit more bottom heavy, these might run a bit small. My friend with a flatter tush and longer legs LOVED these, and they are now hers, and she loves them. I have been spending way too long trying to find the right board shorts. Thanks to some weird scars on my upper thigh and wanted a pair of board shorts that would cover them but didn''t go down to my knees. (I''m 5''2" so that isn''t such a distance.)

These have no stretch to them, which is great they fit more flatteringly because of it. Often elastic will cause a slight bubbley effect if there''s slack left, which often makes my rear and thighs look heavier than they are. I could eat croissants if that was my goal.

These are just long enough that they''re definitely shorts, short enough that they''re cute and feminine, made of a quick drying material, lightweight and cool in feel. I wish there was a broader selection of them I think I would buy several pairs to wear as everyday casual shorts in summer.

length and size true to fit. like most short i buy they fit fine in the hips but too small in the waistdraw string doesn''t adjust back of shorts only tightens front and shorts ride up a little. overall worth the price, interested to see how fast they dry after wearing them in the water.
