ProSource Flat Exercise Bands with Door Anchor and Fitness Manual (Set of 3)

These are the best bands I have found. I had to return the last set I tried because even the heaviest band was too weak for me but these are perfect and the heavy one is how it should be, gives me a challenge. They are high-quality, in great colors and I like that they include the bag for easy storing. My only concern with them is they came with a manual for the tubing type of bands with handles, so the exercises listed were for those type of bands but easily adaptable. It also says 100% satisfaction guaranteed but lists no contact information at all for the company, not even an email. The bands themselves though are a strong 5 star.

This was a great kit for the price. The bands are a nice length to do any exercise I want and I really like the door attachment. There are no directions for the door attachment, but I got it figured out without too much trouble. The piece makes the bands so much more versatile and is an awesome addition. The zipper bag is great for storage too. And I love the earthy colors of the bands.

I use the excercise bands when im doing my daily routine and i find them great and very durable too!I think it inhanced my routine and ive lost weight!
