The thought of the product is sound. The actual product bands that attach are cheap. I had one break in the first 3 minutes of use being used the proper way.

I have only just opened the package but there are no instructions! I don''t where to begin. The product seems to be of good quality though. Can anyone suggest where I can find instructions for this product? I will post another review after I get this working.

So I went online and found an instructional video to ensure that I put these on correctly and YEAH!!! They are quite good...they work. I am definitely happy with my purchase now!I will do a video review in a moment.

it comes with different thickness bands so you can adjust the amount of resistance you want on it. i use for leg exercises, works very well

I bought this as a repalcement for a leg bands that I use for physicial therapy. After a couple of weeks of use one of the plastic head Red bands broke. The clips that hold the bands on keep coming off. I would have asked for replacement bands but I lost this at L.A. Fitness last week. I am ordering a different type as a replacement.
