I bought this folding workout pad so I can do my stretches on the ground because my back has had many surgeries and it needs some good padding for support. From the moment I took it out of the box I knew I purchased a good exercise mat because I have had a long experience with them when I use to workout at the public gyms. This one I would say is easily better then most gym mats because the padding is thicker and the cover of the mat is durable. I highly recommend this product to any person looking to add a mat for their house or buying bulk for gyms and schools.

This is sure to last decades. It doesn''t take up too much space so it''s easy to store. Its padding is very supportive so one can use it on a hard floor with no pain. Don''t confuse the other Cap folding mat that isn''t labeled "deluxe" with this one.

I was wary when looking at this mat because there was only one review, but I did purchase it for my home gym and I can say that it has worked out very well for me. I weight 165 pounds and do not squish all the way down through this may like some other cheaper soft ones, but it is not so stiff that it would be uncomfortable. Also, the length is great and it supports most of my body except my feet (if my head is on the mat). I do mostly core work on here, and it does not slide around and seems to be pretty durable fabric. So I highly recommend.
