The size is right on; I wear a large in a Pearl iZumi jersey and the large in this fits perfect. I wear it under the Pro Thermal Jersey. I also wear it under my dirt bike jersey. It is very comfortable; I forget that I have it on and it stays dry even when I''m sweating. The wind proof front is great and makes difference. I also have the Pearl iZumi Transfer Sleevless Baselayer and this one is definitely warmer. Quality is excellent. It has held up well.
