I found it useful, but I was surprised with a video directed to professionals and not to final user.

I expected a routine of workouts more than a guide for instructors.

The quality of images and general it is very good.

This is a wonderful tape for learning perfect technique. It is a workout, but doesn''t flow as quickly as I would like and they do reduce the reps to show a variations on exercises. It''s all good, but it is not a "turn your brain off and follow the directions" type of workout. Great tips about your form and great ideas.

I have the pilates allegro, very similar to the reformer. I have several DVD''s from which I''ve learned valuable information about technique as well as routines. This DVD, however, is my favorite. The instructor guides a student through exercises while providing detailed information about breathing, form, and all aspects of technique. I''ve got a personal trainer on DVD! This is the DVD I needed to hone my skills as an independent user of a sophisticated machine.
