I bought these for summer training when my last pair just got too hot. They are great shorts, so don''t let the list of cons fool you just a few things I think could be done better. But for the price, certainly not a reason to look elsewhere.Pros:
Key pocket has a flap. After a few hundred miles including long runs and speedwork, I''ve never had a key fall out.
Pockets are a decent size to hold gloves, hat, gels, etc while running, or a phone and keys if you''re not running.
Lightweight, breathable, fast-drying
A good length they stop an inch or two above your knees and don''t get in the way
Cons:
The drawstring pulled out after a few trips in the wash. If you need it (I don''t) be sure to put a knot in each string before washing.
The liner is kind of useless. I run with underwear, but if you don''t, I''m not sure you''ll find the liner useful.
The trim is nice, but not reflective. If they''re going to go to the trouble to add that detail, seems they could at least make it help with visibility.
