I''m still pretty new to pilates, so I might update this once I''m more advanced. But for the price, I don''t think you can beat this reformer.Got this a few months ago. Have used it daily. It is a perfectly serviceable reformer. I''ve had more expensive models with wood trim, but this one works just as well. Folds up easily for storage. The DVDs are well make, though sometimes there is a slight discrepancy between the video and the narration. Provides a good half-hour daily routine--longer if you add the Aero workout. I had a back problem for a year and a half before I got this. It seems much better since using this machine, maybe even gone away. I find this to be a very pleasant form of exercise compared to most machines like steppers and stationary bikes--I can never stick with those. Perhaps it is the variety. The level one routine has over 50 different exercises in a half hour. There are level 2 & 3 workouts available from Stamina. I did the level 2 for a year or two once and loved it. Didn''t care so much for the level three. There is definitely room to grow with this system. I got mine as a refurb direct from Stamina Products for considerably less--seemed brand new to me.
