I am 6''4'''' 230 and ordered the XL and they fit perfectly. The tank is slender all the way down and has plenty of length for someone even taller than me. Seems to be good quality so far but have only washed twice. Dont know if they will shrink much because I just hang mine up to dry, dont want to risk shrinking because it already fits perfect. Material is comfortable on the skin. Has nice back exposure although it could be slightly more revealing on the back. All around great product to train in or just show off in. only took 3 days to receive.
