Solid all the way from top to bottom, tall so you can use it for boxing, kickboxing, muay tai or any martial arts that''s for striking. The nevertear is easy to hit and has a overall good feel, you can hit it with mma gloves or boxing gloves to punch and not have a problem with soft or hard strikes. The same with kicks padding on the feet and shins or like myself no pads you can give it all the kicks you want without problems. Any striking works with this bag and it''s made to last the straps help to take impact. I could say that this is a great bag for anyone to use.

I don''t know why they are still selling this product. I got the first bag replaced and found that the replacement had the same problem. The sand bags and fillings are not distributed evenly. You might injure your hand or feet/shin if you hit the hard part at full force. You have to pay the shipping cost if you choose to return it. I asked for replacement and the second bag is still not working. I gave up because there is too much trouble to bring the heavy bag back and forth.

I purchased this item a while ago. The sand will sink to the bottom. I raised the bag higher so I will still get in a good workout without hitting soft bag. I recommend spending more money and getting more bang for your buck. I rated this three stars because it was so inexpensive. It has held up to the workout I have put in on it.
