Thera-Band Extra Heavy Resistance Band, Blue

I started using in physical therapy starting with the lighter resistance bands. I have worked my way up to the heavy resistance, blue band. My shoulder feels so much better after the physical torture when I use this.

I used it twice and it broke on me the second time. Not happy. Unfortunately, I threw it in the trash before thinking about sending it back.
