I have pretty small hands for a woman and the medium size is super tight. The gloves are hard to remove and then when they are off, they are inside-out, making it a pain in the butt to get them right-side out again. Also, they have minimal padding, so pay the extra $5 for some that have more padding!
They''re okay... I like them. These are lightweight gloves (not for heavy weight lifting for instance hence "cardio" fitness gloves). Little padding in the palms only ("ventilated for airflow and cooling") . No padding on fingers. Top of glove is a light, thin nylon/polyester. Bottom almost feels like a felt (faux suede not much of a grip really). Bottom is solid black with white stitching. Sides of fingers are a breathable mesh. Label says: 62% polyester, 18% nylon, 10% rubber, 8% EVA, 2% POLYURETHANE. MADE IN CHINA. Here you go... these are a "stretch-fit design" ... meaning the underside of the wrist is a tight elastic like. You have to pull them on. (There is no velcro closure to open them, slide them on, then close it like another pair of gloves I have. These are slip on.) This makes for a tight squeeze at the wrist. They intend for it to be a "close, secure fit" ... and it is. I ordered a medium, and they fit great, but were snug getting on the first time (seems like they loosen a bit after that, and they are okay / not tight once I get them on). Here''s the thing ... I have a pretty small hand. I''m 5''3", 114 lbs (size 4-6), 6" wrist, and size 4.5 5 ring finger. I would normally take a small... but medium is a good fit for me. For what they are intended, they seem to be fairly well made. I will used them for cardio workouts using dumbbell weights.

I absolutely loved this product, I was especially impressed with the material the gloves are made of, I was able to continue my work out without the gloves getting wet with sweat and the material was quite "breathable". I enjoy lifting weights and so I also enjoyed the padding on the gloves which assisted my exercise with some comfort. Over all great price and great item!

Fit is very small. I have small hands and a large was a bit snug. They rub around my wrists and are not really that comfortable. If i tried them on in a store, i most likely would not have purchased them
