I made contact with the customer service section and they were very helpful. They are sending out a replacement out today. Which is way I have changed my rate from one star to three. I will update this once I put the new one thru a work out
GREAT NEWS I received the new one in the mail put it thru the paces (same work out) and I am happy to report IT WORKS GREAT! The GYMBOSS Customer Service was OUTSTANDING...They did not hesitate to replace it and did what they said they would do. THEY STOOD BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. so I updated my rating to 5 stars...
