I bought this chart to prepare for a group fitness instructor certification exam. It was

helpful in learning the correct positions for each exercise. Visuals are clear and easy to

follow. Exercise program at a glance.

I recently purchased a set of resistance bands from Bodylastics, which included free live video classes via a website. I checked out the website in order to learn correct form, etc. What I found was not for me. I like to do a time efficient workout, with as little downtime as possible. The live classes included instructors who sometimes seemed to emphasize a more personal relationship with the viewer than I was looking for, and this aspect of the video really ate away at the time I allotted for my workout. So, after recognizing that the exercises one could perform with the bands seemed effective but limited in number, I decided the best option for instruction would be a poster for quick reference so that I could get the quickest workout while making sure I was doing the exercises correctly. To my surprise, there were few options from which to choose. Astone Fitness appeared to offer a clear winner! I was hesitant to order it because it seemed pricey for a piece of paper that wasn''t even laminated (I guess I''ll get a poster frame for it). On top of that, it was not an Amazon Prime item, and didn''t qualify for free shipping:( Because I was sure it was just what I wanted, and there were really no other similar choices, i ordered it. Shipping took just a couple days longer than Amazon Prime items take, which I was pleased with, but when I picked up the shipping container (a very thick and strong tube), I noticed that somehow it had gotten crushed on one end. I took out the poster and was disappointed to see that the poster was damaged from getting crushed. It was still usable, but clearly damaged, and would not have looked good on the wall of my home gym. I emailed Amazon, and within what seemed to be minutes, Astone Fitness contacted me with a friendly email, asking me to take a photograph of the damage and email it to them, at which time they would quickly send a replacement. There would be no need to send the damaged poster back. They did JUST that, and the poster is JUST what I thought it would be...PERFECT for my workouts. It was worth every penny!

Everything that is on the poster is just as described, I should have paid more attention to the wording as we have ordered a number of fitness charts for our corporate center and made an assumption that this one would be laminated as all the others have been for the same price. It''s not. Just a paper poster. Thankfully, it came in a rolled up tube so no creases from folding. We''ll have it laminated and all will be good. Pricely for just a poster but not something you can locate easily.
