I only spend 1/2 hour with two of these working out slowly, because when you get a momentum the weight of the ball jerks you forward and down you go. Try Kettle Bells first... easier to handle. The first 15 minutes I will use one with both hands, and the second 15 minutes I use one in each hand. You will sweat either way. And that is good.

The product itself is great. Ball is a good size and weight and can be used with or without the handle. (It is a little tricky to hold the ball steady and keep the handle lined up to tighten the screws to attach it if you''re putting the handle on alone).

I was disappointed that the DVD that was included with suggested workouts and instructions was a ''mini'' size. I didnt want to risk getting it stuck in my video system or my computer or deal with the hassle of trying to find a special adaptor to make it work so I''ll be looking online for suggested workouts instead.

I was excited to see this product from Cathe. I must say that the kettlebell is a little large for 6 LBS. I wouldn''t recommend this to a friend. The Go Fit Kettlebells are better. This was a good idea to be different, but it just doens''t cut if for me.
