Okay, so after having spent half an hour on how to loop this freaking piece of connecting nylon through the two silver holes near the shoulder, this thing is so poorly made that I am probably going to return it. Ugh.

The harness'' buckle snapped off at the strap leaving the buckle connected. We didn''t have a high load on the sled. The sleds are light and we only had about 200lbs total being pulled by a guy in the new harness.

Such a disappointment as we were going to purchase more if it worked.

I had to do a lot of sewing on this harness to get it to work right. Shoulder padding is thin.

I use this product a bit "off-label". I hook weights on the front of the harness to do things such as inverted flyes on olympic rings, etc. Once I got the hang of hooking the weights on using carabiners, it went smoothly and put the additional weight in a good place to protect my low back. I''m always trying to think of new ways to exercise!

I am so excited. This is exactly what I needed. I am disabled from a car-jacking Sep 21 2001 and a robbery-assault Feb 12 2009. I have two separate and inoperable Traumatic Brain Injuries. I do my physical and occupational therapy at home. I needed this to attach myself to the "O" Ring I have secured to my rafters for my Physical Therapy Workouts, because I fall over easily. It is so comfortable. The adjustable straps that are made out of "car/truck/vehicles" seat belting, is lightweight and perfectly breathable and easily cleanable with a brush and disinfectant solution. This secures perfectly to the form of my body without impeding upon my arms, neck and hips. It secures safely around my shoulders and waistline with a "quick release" buckle at my breast and rib line.
