it serves the purpose. the thing that irritates me is that it is unbalanced, it''s heavier on the side opposite to the hole through which you inflate it, so the hole plug always ends being on top.

it comes with a nice manual pump.

The ball is just the right size. I use it for my baby, we do all sorts of different exercise on it. Believe it or not, but my baby already has a six-pack! The ball helps develop her neck, back and ab muscles. And she loves it!

I also sit and slightly bounce on it to rock her to sleep. :-)

I ordered the 75cm version and got the 65cm one, despite the box being labeled "75cm". Many other reviewers have this same complaint. Look elsewhere for an exercise ball because you aren''t going to get what you want if you order this.
