The bag is well constructed and can satisfy many different carries as well as allowing for team carries. I would highly recommend this to anyone that appreciates sandbag training and functional fitness.

I filled mine with rock salt. It only accommodated a 50LB bag. Not quite what I was looking for. Other than that, no complaints.
