ShoulderHorn, Size 2, Medium/Large, Rotator Cuff Training Device

I ordered this product for strengthening my shoulders after rotator cuff surgery 2 years ago. No other exercise would ever hit the effectiveness of the muscles except this device. I started first with no weights then worked myself up to 4-5 lbs on each arm. It is a great product, comfortable and well constructed.

I injured my rotator cuff years ago. I figured I would have to live with the pain. It would go away some times and I would workout. After the workout the pain would come back with intensity. I ordered the ShoulderHorn about 2 months ago. It isolates the muscle in the shoulder so you can strengthen the surrounding muscles. Well, the pain has subsided immensely. I can now sleep at night without the throbbing pain in my shoulder. Of course you combine heat treatments and cold therapy to accentuate the healing process. I''m about to order another one for my other home gym. Great product.

They work. I can definitely feel my shoulder getting stronger. My only problem is that the sizing isn''t more precise. Combining medium and large into the same category is just wrong. Large guys don''t fit into medium shirts, so why does STI Industries expect large guys to fit into a medium shoulder horn. Also, the padding is not sufficient. I guess that when using light weights, the padding is enough. But I''m getting into 15-20 lbs now, and I can definitely feel it digging into my neck. They''re lucky I''m giving them 4 stars, but it does help my shoulder, and that trumps all the issues.
