I do a lot of crossfit with some co-workers and these are great for that. The measurements down the side makes it very easy to match up your lengths and the buckle makes it even faster to change the height for the next person(crossfit is alot about speed). The whole set is very very easy to use and light wieght. I was skepitcal at first because the buckle did not seem very sturdy; however, after putting all my wieght on one ring and bouncing up and down I know have complete faith in the buckle and the straps. At first i was a bit skeptical about this product. But after receiving the product it was good. The rings are made like from police baton really strong. The straps have measurements printed/embroiled really easy to level the rings even, you can not go wrong.The buckles are good but you will need to take care of them because there plain not colored. Could probably get rusted if you leave the rings outdoors for a prolonged time. Only complain it did not come with instruction how to set up. But i did some Google and found some good video explaining how to set up.

Love this product. It took me a few times to figure how to set it up correctly, but there are good tutorials on youtube that were a great help. Now, it''s a breeze to set up and even faster to change the height evenly with no guessing with the straps numbered. I highly recommend this product. I love the upper body workouts available with rings.
