The editing is utter crap. I will note that. And yes, hearing the same thing over and over when you do certain exercises is a little annoying.
BUT!!!!
I finished Week 2 on Thursday. I took my measurements this morning (Saturday). In the past two weeks, while I have "gained" weight due to muscle density, I have lost half an inch off my upper arm AND 1.25 inches off my waist. I''ve not done the diet plan that comes with this. In fact, I''ve eaten a lot of things I shouldn''t. In addition to the inches lost, I have also lost 0.13% body fat. In two weeks. Without special dieting. I''m seeing returning definition in my arms and my legs. If you can get past the idea that you might have to alter the number of exercises you do on each side, or just start on the reverse side on the next set (Cardio and Resistance are 2 sets, and Core is 3 sets...you might have to figure out how to handle lopsided counts for the third set. I did), then I recommend this. I''m impressed. Not very motivating...Jillian Michaels videoes are just as challenging and easier to get thru. The "cut and paste" layout makes it feel longer than it is.

I bought the 10 DVD Kettleworx program 18 months ago. I started with a 5lb kettlebell and worked up to 10lb bell, I use a 15lb bell for some exercises now. Although the video is repetitive, the workouts are good and work the whole body and doing 18 separate workouts before you repeat the first is good. I lost 50lbs doing this program. Last April I bought the Advanced workouts (included in this set). Now I have 36 separate workouts to use, my husband is so impressed with the results I have gotten that he is doing the workouts with me now. He eats way too much junk food and has still lost over 30lbs since this spring. The best part for me is that including warm up and cool down the workouts are only about 26 minutes, which means I can squeeze workout in almost anytime. I am so committed to this program I even bring it along on vacations.Read Best Reviews of Kettleworx Library 13 DVD set - Six Week Body Transformation Here
I''m female, 6''0" and 30lbs+ overweight. I''ve had some recent issues with my shoulders, so I started with a 5-lb kettlebell, which was actually the right choice for me. I completed the 6-week beginner''s program and without changing my eating, I lost 10 lbs and an inch off my waist. I was firmer everywhere, and my shoulders were noticeably stronger. Nearly everyone I know asked me what had I done to my hair; had I done something with my makeup; etc.? They were noticing the improvement in my fitness, but couldn''t put their finger on exactly what was different! Am presently repeating the same 6-week program with a 10-lb kettlebell with the intention of moving up to the intermediate 6-week program with the 10-lb bell after that. Am noticing that my cardio is challenged quite a bit more with the heavier weight, which is great but tough. Really enjoy how simple the program is and can hardly believe the immediate results. There are some minor hitches in the DVD production, so on those exercises where there are 6 reps on one side and only 4 on the other, I balance that by starting one set on my left side and the next on my right. No matter how busy I am, I can squeeze in these 20-minute routines, 3 days a week, which helps me to stay consistent.Want Kettleworx Library 13 DVD set - Six Week Body Transformation Discount?
