The Journal was helpful for tracking meals and keeping up with my workouts. At the end of the DVD were sample workouts for beginner, intermediate and advance exercises. I was pleased that the overall system made sense for the average person to follow. The nutrition information was something anyone could adapt into their diet without feeling overwhelmed. I also like their motto because not everyone is trying to be skinny. I have an athletic build and would not enjoy being any smaller. I think it is great someone created a product that actually promotes long-term health without all the hype.
