Pull Up Band Set 2 | 41'' Loop CrossFit Resistance Bands | 1 1/8'' & 1 3/4'' Bands | 40 to 120 lbs of ResistanceI used to use a chair to assist with pull ups but I could feel my leg muscles kicking in accidentally. The bands help me maintain my form as I work my way to unassisted pull ups. It''s pretty easy to set up; you just hang the band from the bar either by looping it or putting the bar through it, then put one foot in the band as you do the pull ups. The bands feel strong and I don''t see any seams where they would tear. I don''t like other resistance band products that have too many components because it just means more connections where something could potentially snap. I imagine that there would be nothing more frightening than a giant rubber band propelling toward you while you''re hanging on with both hands instead of blocking your face.

These bands have been a wonderful help in getting me closer to doing my own pull up. I use the purple one often. Highly recommended!

I''m using these for drop sets pull ups.

Working with the heaviest until I''m maxed and then using the purple band to allow me a few more reps.

These things easily pack away for transport. I can take them anywhere and use just about anything for pull ups... include a tree branch.

After using this product only twice for Pull-ups it broke and smacked really hard on the inner thigh which caused a welt! The quality is awful and super dangerous, don''t bother spending the money cause the risk isn''t worth it.

havent broken on me yet. great for pullups, pushups, 1 legged squats, i havent used them for dips yet.
