I am 5''5, 170 pounds. I ordered a large. It is a bit big. I think if I would have gotten the medium it would have been a better fit, but I like the extra room for yoga anyway so no harm there I guess.What I didn''t care for:
The fabric is a bit sheer (I ordered the black), it isn''t really noticeable, but I didn''t think if was going to be sheer at all. Also the built in bra-like support isn''t really very supportive, it is not quite like a shelf bra like I was expecting this might be because of the large as opposed to the medium though. It''s more like having a piece of fabric there to cover your chest up because of the sheer fabric. If you want more support thoughwhere a sports bra as it is not intended for bouncing around.
What I like It has a scrunch bottom that seems to stay in place pretty well. I can move freely without feeling like my bulgy bits aren''t exposed, it''s comfortable and not too tight like some yoga clothes, it is long. if you want it down to your butt it can go the distance. It breathes. This will be awesome for hot yoga practices (which I don''t do) and cooling your body off when you build up a swear (which I do).
Over all I like it, I may order it in a medium to see if there is a significant size difference.
