This product was easy to setup and comfortable to wear. For a heart rate monitor it falls extremely short of being satisfactory. The sensor is finicky at best and the results are way off the mark. When my heart rate is around 130 and this device says it is 84 that is not good. If I wet my finger tip and stand perfectly still and don''t speak it may get within 15 bpm of being correct. For $7 I got a good $7 watch. Apart from that this item has no true redeeming qualities.

I love the HRM. I can do my workout and know how many calories I''ve burned. It''s a great product and I have recommended it to friends.

I thought that the watch would be more accurate but it does not calculate your bodies calories at all Just calculates the time you''ve been working out and averages the calories

Don''t pay attention to the estimated shipping that says it will take a month to get to you! I got mine within a week (continental U.S.)!!!!

This does what I wanted it to do, and probably a little more, but I haven''t looked into all that. All I wanted was something that would give me an estimate of calories burned, and it does that with no problem. It''s a little bulky for my small wrist, but I only use it when working out so it doesn''t bother me.

I don''t know if it''s "as accurate" as one with a chest strap, but I didn''t want to fuss with all that and I feel the calculations are "close enough" for me (based on comparing how many calories I burned with what the Fitness mode on my Dance Central game tells me or the app I use that calculates number of minutes walked/how fast you estimate walking-the watch gave me calorie counts each time that were a little below what these other estimates were, and to me that means it''s working because I think that the game and the apps estimate HIGH.) At least the watch bases it on my weight and age and not just some arbitrary time/estimated rate of exertion!
