This dvd shows proper form for the basic moves, not just bouncing up in the air as I had assumed, but you push off from the balls of your feet, bend slightly forward and pretend there is a ceiling over your head to limit your ''bounce'' and work your lower body. I purchased two other Urban Rebounding dvd''s I have yet to try as I want to do this one a few more times.
I really like that the girls in the video are NATURAL, not silicone enhanced, but in excellent shape and all with different energy levels! It was full price, or expensive, as Amazon goes. There could not have been more than 6 minutes at most dedicated to 4-5 basic positions. The rest was a jumbled set of different styles and additional products one could purchase.
My expectation was a beginner routine, with variations on movements, while learning how to use the rebounder.
A final note: while the man spoke and others demonstrated, it was clear this was suggesting a vigorous use of equipment. The instructors were trainers and/or body builders. This approach to rebounding is very different than the one I have been reading about. This is not the way people over 60 can use the rebounder unless they have been lifelong athletes. People with knee problems could not use the jump the way it is presented.
If I didn''t think this was made in good faith for younger people, I''d ask for my money back.
