Billy Blanks 12 Power Rounds: Twelve 1-minute Tae Bo Power Workouts!I bought 12 Power Rounds, which is part of the Tae Bo Power Workout series, on Ebay last year, but I didn''t get around to actually doing it until tonight for a last minute workout. Including the warm up and cool down is about twenty minutes in length involving, just as the title says 12 rounds of punching, combos, knee raises, but no kicking. Its not the most challenging workout, but if you are in a hurry, you can breakout in a sweat.

A really great workout CD for those who have little time to exercise. The workout is a power blast and a really great workout for anyone. I like it expecially when I travel. It is energy-packed and in less than 15 minutes, you have the benefits of a great workout that takes no time at all. I don''t leave home without it!

This is a great workout for someone that doesn''t have a ton of time and it never really gets old. That being said, the instructor is a little annoying and the work out just sort of seems to ...end. It''s like he''s doing his thing and all of a sudden someone decided they ran out of time. Still a good, quick work out though.
