I purchased this video workout for my husband who was looking for a medicine ball routine to follow at home. He liked the instruction part, which was very clear and perfect for very beginners. But there is NO routine. The entire video is showing the instructor demonstrate with a partner the proper technique, what moves are called, and what is a medicine ball. There is no way my husband could work out to this video at home by himself. So, I recommend this video for someone looking for a medicine ball learning experience, but do not recommend it for someone looking for an actual work out routine they can do on their own.
