I''ve already snapped one of the bands and I''ve only had it for two weeks. While they''re inexpensive, you do get what you pay for.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! they got the poorest quality material. the red band (medium) snapped after using it for only 20 minutes. gave me a really bad welt and hit me in the eye too! fortunately I wear glasses or i''d probably be thinking of a lot more than a refund from this Joke of a company. Amazon has a great return policy, but these clowns need to put more into the product.

I have had these bands for about four months now. Only four of them are still in working condition. A friend and I use these for P90X, and they work just fine. However, the quality of the bands are just not that great. My friend, who is quite tall, has to be very careful not to overextend and break the band and the junction at the end. This is has happened once already, and we are being careful not to do it again. However, this is not what one should be thinking about during a workout.

yhe product overall was good, the bands are not as durable for the taller users but are great for results. the leg strap was missing a ring but its an easy fix. good product over all. recomended for shorter users.

These are the best resistance bands that I have ever used. The ankle and door accessories make it easy to have a very versatile workout. If the black band isnt heavy enough for you, its really easy to put two or three of them together to make the workout a little bit more intense. I really recommend this product to anyone who is serious about resistance training.
