
Easy choreography and great music. Just focus on the heart rate. Only one exercise is repeated twice (running man). I liked the variety this workout offers. There are several premixes, bonuses, and a 100 rep challenge. The workout is comprised of sections: Warmup, floor cardio, step, sliding discs, and cooldown/stretch. There is core work in the bonus features. She uses 2 risers for the step section. I think I may use 3 next time.
I was surprised to have worked up such a sweat. I generally only get a good sweat like that with Tabata work.
I look forward to doing this one again next week. I felt energized afterwards. Normally I feel like I need a nap after HiiT.
Only thing I would improve is having a count down timer like on most HiiT workouts I''m use too.
