Have ran in these pants in 20 degrees with wind at 15 to 20 mph and I wasn''t freezing. Ran with them in 35 degrees and wind 10 to 15 and they where just perfect warm but not hot.
Great heat retention and wind resistance. Very comfortable with no binding, the interior is very soft against the skin. Easy to use as a warm-up pant, warm enough to use in place of winter running tights. Side pockets are very useful for holding gels or keys. My only wish was that there was a little more reflective material on it, since it tends to be dark when I run in these, and visibility and safety always go together. Highly recommended.
