I bought this a little over a year ago and have absolutely loved it. Having played football through college and then coached for several years, I have been around weight lifting equipment for years. This is a quality built machine. It is not like the cheap ones you will find in most sporting goods stores! The list of exercises you can perform are too numerous to list. The bench and rack are very adjustable and have stops to help keep you from hurting yourself if you don''t have a spotter.The negatives are that it comes in 7-8 boxes and takes half a day to put together. I put it together by myself, but it would have been much easier if I had someone help me. The other is price! It is a little pricey, but I believe it is well worth it. You can find it cheaper on Ebay. I bought it from a retailer on there for around $1800 including shipping!
