Altus Athletic 55cm 600-Pound Body Ball with DVD (Metallic Blue)

The exercise ball, the tape measure & pump are all great, and I am happy with my purchase. I''m disappointed with the enclosed mini-DVD ("Complete Workout"), which is damaged and doesn''t play on pc or DVD player. It seems a shame to bother enclosing the DVD when it doesn''t work. If not for this, I would give it 5 stars.

I love Altus Body Ball, but I got the weighted version and I love it! The ball has 2Lb of sand fill. It is ideal for using it as a chair because you do not have to chase the ball all over the places at your office. And you can easily do some exercises whenever you get a break from work. Also the added weight makes you work harder to move the ball with your core muscles and your legs. It is perfect for my need!

I have not seen any weighted version on Amazon because this is some new trend. So I post my comment here because the brand is the same and I am very satisfied with the quality of it.

To look for weighted version, take a look at Altus Body Ball package, the left bottom section should say "WEIGHTED BALL PROVIDES ADDED WORKOUT OPTIONS AND BALL WILL NOT ROLL AWAY" (The regular ball says "USE FOR CORE, STRENGTH,FLEXIBILITY, YOGA OR PILATES")

This ball is perfect for 5'' 5''6". We exercise as a family but opt not to invest in expensive equipment. These balls are great. We purchased 2 for our kids (I already owned a 65cm for me and hubby). We also purchased the 10 Minute Balance Ball video to exercise all parts of our body in 10 minute increments. Great purchase.

This exercise ball is just as good as those for $40+ at sporting goods stores. The inflation was simple and straight forward. I have had no issues with the ball and it has been used consistently for months.

I purchased this bike for my elderly father upon his discharge from hospital/transitional nursing home care. We needed something to continue his strength training at home, and this bike was perfect for exercising and keeping his interest by watching television while he was riding it. It is very similar to higher end and much more expensive models used by therapy offices and health clubs. I found myself using it as well and actually stuck with it! It is so easy to use, and there are a variety of programs to keep you interested. It was fun to pace myself to a 20 minute DVD at first, working up in time increments from there. The bike is extremely solid, and the seat is comfortable. I shopped all over town for one of these bikes, but did not find one that measured up to this one in quality, and the price was actually less than some of the inferior models I tested.

Item fit well. The description of the color given ''birch'' gave me the impression they would be white, but they are actually a light gray. No problem, they were worn under a Halloween costume for a little ghost.

The pants are of good quality. The shipping was a little slow took a few days to ship and were towards the slower end of the time frame. Asics Men''s Team Medley Tights

I use these for running. For fashion, they are about the best looking tights you can get. However, they are VERY thin. They only add a little warmth so are only good in very mild weather, spring or early fall. I have the royal blue and color is exactly as pictured. You could probably use them in warmer weather as a sun blocker.

The simple stuff first. I am 6''4" 240lbs. I have been running for years. I own this product. I live in the south and wear these spring, summer, and fall. Maybe winter? I can come back and let you know. I also own UA tights. The UA tights at a very little thicker "Heat Gear" not by much. I however like these better. For one main reason. These tights don''t move around on your legs. It may be because of the flatlock side seams in the back and hip area. The UA tights I am always having to pull up...I thought it was because I was a big guy. These fit so well the perfectly comfortable.

I really like this t-shirt. The sizing is accurate, the material feels nice and the t-shirt looks nice. Also I love that it dries very quickly so it is perfect for working out. The bottom of the shirt is not straight but oval shaped, so it helps cover the back better when biking for example. I don''t use it for weightlifting anymore, I use it for my bad back and it works great. It really keeps you from over-extending your back, this is not a medical device but it works great for me.

This is a good quality general fitness belt. I find it is difficult to get the belt really tight. (Like a powerlifting belt.) Granted it is NOT a powerlifting belt. The belt is comfortable to wear and easy to cinch and unhook quickly.

I have back issues and bought this belt to use as a back support when working around the house and yard. It does make a positive difference. I believe it gives me better lower mid back support then a not as wide 4" back support belt. I have a 38" waist the X-Large fits well leaving ample room for growth..... It has a nice buckle that makes it easy to get the right tightness. Its made well and should last quite awhile. It''s also washable don''t know yet how well it washes.
