I replaced a bench I already had with this one. The old benches pad would rock from side to side. This bench is great. The pad is on the firm side but its ok. Like someone said it only has two hooks but again I say its no big deal. The uprights do flex a little so if you go really heavy it could be a problem. Thats the only reason I didnt give it five stars. I only get about 200 lbs so it works fine for me.

Tip: I got it for 20 dollars cheaper on *bay with free shipping.

OK Olympic bench for the beginner. It just seems so small in the picture.

1. The cushion isn''t that great. Its stiff and feels cheap.

2. This is one wide bench. The bar barely fits in between the uprights.

3. Two bar positions? Cmon, why not the industry standard of 3?

4. Touch up paint included!

5. It looks gym quality, but isn''t.

6. 400 lb max weight, plus user weight is great.

The label on the neck was different than the short sleeve version I bought reatail. The hem on the sleeves did not match. One was done one way and the other another way. Looking down on them with arms together you see the difference immediately. The fit and sizing is fine, but give it low marks for finish and inconsistent, at best, labeling.

Love all my Icebreaker gear. This piece is no exception. Great base layer for running or riding in sub-40 degree temps. Doesn''t get too hot even on long runs. Wicks moisture and is very soft and comfortable. Love it.

This top is very thin. Probably, the 200 would have been a bit more sturdy feeling. It does feel nice, although my wife still finds wool itchy, regardless of how soft it is. I do like this and enjoy wearing it in our cool (temperture-wise) home.

I returned this 150 weight Icebreaker because it is too lightweight for my use in Fall/Winter in northern Nevada walks, I then ordered the 200 weight shirt which is what I need for my use mostly with a soft-shell over it. Fit of both the 150 and 200 weight tees is just as shown in the advertising photo, formfitting so no extra material to fold or tuck, and sleeve length just below my wrist break, perfect for me as the layer closest to my skin. I also like the neckline is not tight or high for a base layer so if I add a scarf or zip up my jacket high I don''t feel as if I''m being choked, I don''t like turtlenecks with modern high collar outerwear.

Merino wool seems to work for me in cooler/cold weather, and I''ve also ordered from amazon Icebreaker merino gloves and two merino beanies. I consider the 150 weight too light for my use, but it might work for warmer temps because it is very breathable, I plan on trying a short sleeve merino tee in 2013.

This vest is great! I took one star and contemplated taking two stars because it took me two weeks to figure out this vest had pockets for the weights. I was putting the weights behind the pockets and the weights kept falling out! The directions are not clear on this and the model looks like she''s easily sliding the weights in place; however, it takes muscles to get those weights in the pockets. It''s no easy task! But once you get them in, it''s a perfect solution. It works great burning extra calories and adding resistance to my walk routine; it''s cute, not bulky like most vests and it''s quite the attention getter! I get stopped constantly during my walk routine with people asking where I got my vest. I''ve ordered one for my Mom who is heavier. For heavier people, I recommend not attaching the quick release buckle, just let it hang. You''ll find it more comfortable. I would recommend this Vest! Just don''t make the same mistakes I made. I LOVE this vest! After going to target several times only to find it was always sold out I decided to buy it on amazon. It fits really well and very comfortable. I mostly use it for hiking but it is also very comfortable to workout with. It is not too heavy or bulky like other vest I have seen. It is adjustable so I am pretty sure it will fit most females.
