I''ve been doing yoga and pilates for 3 years now and I have to say the dvd that comes with the wai lana double ball work out kit is in deed quite a work out! It freshened up my yoga/pilates routine. each ball that comes in the kit ways one pound,and you can actually reinflate these if they lose air over time,its easy to use and a great workout,if your like me and don''t have hours to spend at the gym this kit is a must have.

I am 100% new to pilates, but have done yoga before for the past few years. But I really loved it! The video is not too long so it is nice in the morning to not spend all your time working out. The workout itself is not too challenging for a beginner, but still makes me work! I''d highly reccommed this for someone who is not looking to spend a lot of time on workouts!

Beyond Yoga Women''s Original Cami Top

I LOVE beyond yoga supplex yoga clothing and own a bunch. They wash well and retain shape, support, and color much longer than most work-out apparel. My only complaint is that like most all beyond yoga supplex clothing, this top is a little short for taller girls or those with long torsos. That being said, it does provide adequate coverage, another inch or two and this would be a five-star item.

Love this yoga top--soft as butter! Color is as shown--I got the fuschia.

These tops are pure comfort and hug the body when you get the right size.

I am a true medium 8-10 and ordered the large in this and it fits nicely.

They run small. The fabric feels like cotton and has wicking

properties so you can wear it all day and still feel comfy.

The Supplex Original Camisole was my first Beyond Yoga top. I have became a fan of theirs, since.

I like this material because its very soft but sweat proof at the same time. I wanted a top with a support bra that is not see-through and which is nicely fitted. These are all true for this maroon colored one.

I am tiny so I naturally go for the size XS. I am a size 34 (European), which is a size 6 (UK).

I highly recommend to anyone to try out this brand even if it is not the cheapest. I think it is worth it!

I love it, very comfy and soft, great for rolling in and just basic gym and yoga. Modest neckline, not all hoochie like every other work out shirt these days. Form fitting but classy. Colour is lovely and dark. Breaths. Runs big, Im usually an M and I could easily have done S, but I''m happy with the drapery. Takes a few days to arrive but the packaging is sturdy and there''s a lovely little note inside, I like those ;) will be buying many more.

I was hesitant to buy this jacket but couldn''t pass up the price. I typically wear a 16-18 and the XXL fit nicely. If you are looking for a lightweight rain jacket for running, this fits the bill.

The jacket is pretty amazing, just what I needed! Super comfortable and exactly as described. Loving the colors and the stripe drives everyone crazy they all think the jacket is wet!!!! Simply awesomeee

Cathe Friedrich''s Cardio Hits (three complete workouts on one DVD)

I think every serious stepper has a Cathe workout (or two, or three...) I''ve being doing step for over 15 years and Cathe always delivers with the quality of her dvds and her workouts. She has recently released some low impact easier step workouts so try these if you haven''t worked out with Cathe before.

I won''t go into details on the length of the workouts as Amazon has done this, but each workout on this dvd is great. Lots of power moves and Cathe''s usual fast pace means you don''t have the time (or the energy!) to get bored. These workouts are tough but they get results. There are modifications for some of the moves and there is a breakdown section to teach you some of the more complicated stuff.

What I like about Cathe''s workouts is they are tough and athletic (not dancy, I''m a klutz), but they do move quickly and are full of power (propulsion) moves so if you have bad knees go for her low impact dvds.

A great price considering you are getting 3 different workouts. Her later dvds have great menu functions where you can toggle the music and instruction on/off or louder/quieter great if you want to use your own music. This is an earlier one that doesn''t have this function, but the music is great.

These are three great and intense, low, but a lot of high, step aerobic routines, each about an hour. In addition, there is a ten minute abs segment that I do after each routine. They all work you hard but the moves require some time to learn!

As an avid exerciser, I''d heard lots of good things about Cathe''s videos. So I finally decided to buy this one. I was disappointed. She doesn''t cue very well at all and just overcomplicates all the moves. Apparently "advanced" for her, just means "complicated". I''ve done step aerobics before and had no problems. I have other videos with complex choreography that I have no problems with. This one, left me not even wanting to bother with the entire video because I couldn''t get the moves down between the crazy complex moves and the poor cueing that went along with it. Bummer, because I was really looking forward to it.

Valeo Speed Jump Rope

The jump rope itself is very high quality. I`m not sure if it`s just me not using it right or there`s some kind of design defect,the rope always gets twisted and I always have to stop after a few jump to adjust it.....been very annoying.......and also I haven`t found a good way to adjust the length either....might need to get some tools to try to adjust the length...

It keeps tying into nots as soon as I begin to jump rope, which causes me to hit myself with the rope. Have some bruises already. Really bad product, regret purchasing it.

Okay, not really. It''s better than that plastic stuff you had in grade school, but this is still a product you could easily find in a place like Ross for only a few dollars. My girlfriend and I went mad and thought we could try to get in shape by purchasing jump ropes. I chose to purchase the Valeo, and while it worked, it wasn''t the best rope to jump with.

It''s odd how you can tell the quality difference between different types of jump ropes, as well.. they''re jump ropes. However the grip on mine soaked up sweat and grime too easily, without the benefits of drying out properly. Additionally, the rope never fully loosened up; the entire duration I owned it, the rope was continually warped, making it hard to adjust to my height and jump pattern, which meant if I slowed down slightly, the rope would warp and I''d trip. Not very pleasant.
